@fiva_classics in celebration of United Nations International Youth Day, 12th August 2021, is thrilled to be organising a ’Creative Competition’ for all the youngtimers and young at heart Historic Vehicle enthusiasts. After the success of last year’s competition, FIVA is excited to give enthusiasts a platform to share their passion. The topic for this year is, ’Restoring the Passion’! If there’s one positive message during this difficult year of the pandemic, it’s the precious gift of quality time. Time spent getting back to the garage, getting our hands dirty and sharing laughs and memories with our family. This year restoration has taken many forms, we have not only spent time restoring the passion for our Historic Vehicles but have also built bonds with the ones we love in the process. So we would like you to share a photograph or sketch/painting/illustration of how you ‘Restored the passion’ this year with your Historic Vehicle. I felt like I discovered a pot of gold when I found this. My grandfather’s boarding pass from the 1940’s. He used to be a pilot and we found out that he possibly flew one of the last flights from Pakistan to India during the partition in 1947. So many questions unanswered.
