Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided it has not been dispatched from our office.
How do I cancel my order?
You must send a mail within 24 hours to email@example.com, with all the details.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you can return a product as long as the packaging is in its original condition and it is sent to us within 15 days of purchase. The courier charges must be borne by you.
If the product is damaged, you will need to inform us within 48 hours of delivery in order to receive the replacement product. As mentioned above, the courier charges will be borne by you.
Can I exchange my purchase?
Yes, however exchange of a product is subject to availability of that particular product.
Can Classic Chase cancel my order?
Yes, due to the following reasons:
- If the products are sold out and out of stock at our vendors.
- If our logistics partners cannot deliver it to your location.
